Job requirements

Your Role & Impact 

As an Inside Sales & Account Management Strategist, you'll: 

  • Partner Enablement: Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, co-develop solutions, and provide them with the knowledge artifacts needed to succeed. 

  • Demystify Our Services: Help partners understand how UnleashU's unique approach reduces reliance on SMEs while building self-sufficient, knowledge-driven organizations. 

  • Deepen Partner Relationships: Strengthen existing partnerships through candid communication, proactive knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Cultivate New Partnerships: Identify and engage potential partners who align with our values of distributed knowledge and institutional learning. 

  • Serve as Trusted Advisor: Guide partners and customers in leveraging our Auto-Piloting and Co-Piloting services to transform their capabilities. 

  • Support Direct Sales Initiatives: Contribute to direct sales efforts when capacity allows, applying our "high speed – low drag" philosophy to drive results. 

What You Bring 

3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or partner sales, preferably within a B2B or technology-driven environment. 

A consultative approach to sales—you’re not just selling a service; you’re empowering partners to succeed. 

Strong communication & relationship-building skills—you know how to engage, educate, and expand relationships at all levels. 

A growth mindset—you’re curious, always learning, and excited to uncover new opportunities. 

A passion for problem-solving—you see challenges as opportunities and enjoy working with partners to develop creative solutions. 

Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot (a plus, but not required).
